Strawberry Cheesecake – No Bake
A buttery biscuit crumb topped with rich, creamy cheesecake and a sweet strawberry topping.

You will need:

  • 400ml Cold whole milk
    90g melted butter
    18cm or 20cm round loose-base pan ( tin)

How to Make

Strawberry Cheescake Instructions

1.Blend biscuit crumb with melted butter. Cover the base of the tin (pan) with the biscuit mix using the back of a spoon. Cool in the fridge for 15 minutes.

2.Beat pudding mix with the milk on low speed untill moistened. Scrape the bowl and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes until thick and creamy. Seprad on top of biscuit base.chill for at least 2 hours.

3.Deacorate with the included fruit topping and serve.
