Supermoist Chocolate Fudge Cake
Moist and spongey, sweet and fudgy, light and easy… it’s the perfect cake for any occasion!

You will need:

  • 1 Betty Crocker cake mix
    3 eggs
    110 ml vegetable oil
    1 1/4 cup (285ml) water

    Baking times as per the baking pan of your choice:

    Two 23-cm round: 25-30 minutes

How to Make


Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease the pan with  butter and lightly flour.


Beat cake mix, oil, water and eggs in large bowl on low speed until moistened.  Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into pan.


Bake25-30 minutes or until  toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool  10 minutes and the remove from pan . Cool completely on a wire rack.
