Supermoist Milk & Honey Cake
An easy yet delicious sponge cake.

You will need:

  • 1. For Cake 225ml:
    (1cup) water, 70ml (1/3 cup) vegetable oil, 2 eggs

    2. For honey drizzle:
    30ml water

    3. Baking pan 1 (23cm) round pan

How to Make

1. PREHEAT oven to 180°C. Grease the pan with butter and lightly flour.
2. BEAT cake mix, oil, water and eggs in a large bowl on low speed until moistened.  Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes and then remove from pan.  Cool completely on wire rack.
3. PREPARE Honey Drizzle by boiling Honey Drizzle Mix and water in a pan with continuous stirring. Poke the cake with a fork around the surface and pour the prepared Honey Drizzle slowly.
