Supermoist White Chocolate Cake
Turn heads with as little effort as possible.

You will need:

  • 1 Betty Crocker cake mix
    3 eggs
    1/2 cup (80ml) vegetable oil
    1 1/4 cup (275ml) water

    Baking time:

    Two 23 cm round pan-25-30 minutes

How to Make


Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease the pan with  butter and lightly flour.


Beat cake mix, oil, water and eggs in large bowl on low speed until moistened.  Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Remove 1 1/2 cups batter; set aside.

Beat Cocoa mix into remaining batter on low speed until blended. Pour into pan. Drop reserved white batter randomly in 6 to 8 mounds onto batter in pans. Cut through batter with knife for swirled effect.


Bake25-30 minutes or until  toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool  10 minutes and the remove from pan . Cool completely on a wire rack.
