Ingredients

  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® milk chocolate cake mix
  • Small check mark in a circle icon Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
Frosting (BC frosting)
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 225 grams cream cheese, softened
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 250 grams whipped cream
Topping
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 2 medium bananas, sliced
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 60 grams chocolate sauce

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 180°C (170°C for dark or nonstick pans). Grease a 23cm round cake pan.
  2. Make and bake cake as directed on box for 23cm round cake pans. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan to cooling racks. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. On a serving plate, place cake, top with frosting and sliced bananas; drizzle with chocolate sauce.
