1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® milk chocolate cake mix
  Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
Frosting (BC frosting)
225 grams cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla
250 grams whipped cream
2 medium bananas, sliced
60 grams chocolate sauce
  • 1 Heat oven to 180°C (170°C for dark or nonstick pans). Grease a 23cm round cake pan.
  • 2 Make and bake cake as directed on box for 23cm round cake pans. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan to cooling racks. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
  • 3 Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • 4 On a serving plate, place cake, top with frosting and sliced bananas; drizzle with chocolate sauce.
