Cookies & Ice Cream Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 Pack Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 Egg
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1/2 Cup butter, melted
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 l Vanilla Ice Cream
For decoration
  • Small check mark in a circle icon Dry Fruits, chopped
  • Small check mark in a circle icon Pistachio, chopped

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 °C. In mixing bowl, whisk butter and eggs. Add cookie mix and whisk until it forms dough. Form into 1 cm balls using your hands.
  2. Grease a baking tray. Place the dough balls 5 cm apart on the tray. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until golden. Leave to cool for 2 hours.
  3. Add 1tbsp of vanilla ice cream on one cookie, cover with another cookie and coat the boarders with dry fruits or pistachios. Serve immediately.
