Ingredients
1 Pack Betty Crocker Vanilla Tart Mix
 
70g Butter, cut into small cubes
1 Egg

1 Pack Vanilla cream mix

¾ Cup Milk

¾ Cup Water

3 Tbsp cream cheese frosting

½ Jar caramel spread

Directions
  • 1 In a mixing bowl, add tart mix, eggs and butter. Mix everything together with your hands to form dough. Spread dough in a 25 cm tart-baking pan or into 2 rectangular pans (dough needs to be ½ cm high). Put into oven and bake for 20- 25 minutes. Leave to cool.
  • 2 In medium bowl, add cream mix, milk and water. Using electric beater, beat until the mix becomes light and creamy. In a small bowl, add cream cheese and beat until smooth. Add to cream mix and stir with wooden spoon until well mixed.
  • 3 Spread the cream mix over the tart, then coat with a layer of caramel, and finally arrange dates on top. Refrigerate until serving.
