Ingredients
  Betty Crocker pancake mix +eggs + milk + vegetable oil
  Sugar
  Custard powder
  Halawa
  Bananas
  Honey
  Pistachio
  Butter
Directions
  • 1 Mix the Betty Crocker pancake as per the instructions on the packet.
  • 2 Butter a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Spoon (40 ml) of pancake mixture into the pan. Cook for 1 minute or until bubbles appear on the surface and pancakes are golden underneath. Turn and cook for 1 minute or until golden underneath. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil. Repeat with remaining greasing pan between each batch.
  • 3 Prepare the custard mixture by adding milk and sugar as per instructions on the can. Take 1 mini pancake and 1 spoon of custard in the half of it; top it with crushed halawa and 2 slices of bananas shape it as Qatayef cones. Drizzle with honey on top and crushed pistachio nuts.
