Red velvet cocoa cake mix (330g): Sugar, bleached self rising wheat flour (wheat flour, raising agents (E500(ii), E541(i))), palm fat, modified corn starch, fat reduced cocoa powder (1.9%), emulsifiers (E477, E471 from palm and rapeseed), salt, raising agents (E341(ii), E341(i)), colouring agents (E160c, E129*, E120), stabilizer (E466), artificial chocolate flavouring.

Light cream analogue whipping mix (65g): Sugar, dextrose, glucose syrup, palm fat, emulsifiers (E472a, E471 from palm and rapeseed), buttermilk powder (cow’s milk), modified corn starch, milk protein (cow’s milk), natural cheese flavouring (cow’s milk), acidity regulator (E330), colouring agent (E100(i)).
