Ingredients

  • Small check mark in a circle icon Whipping cream powder (One Pack)
How to Prepare the Brownie Mix (Betty Crocker):
Required ingredients:
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 45 ml (3 tablespoons) water
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 110 ml (1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons) oil
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 2 eggs (for fudgy brownies) or 3 eggs (for cake-like brownies)
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 2- Mix the brownie mix with the water, oil, and eggs in a bowl until well combined.
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 3- Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan.
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 4- Bake for 28–30 minutes.

Preparation

How to Prepare the Cream:
  1. 1- Add ½ cup cold milk to the cream sachet.
  2. 2- Whisk by hand (with a whisk) or use an electric mixer until it thickens.
Assembly:
  1. 1- Crumble the brownie after baking or cut it into small cubes.
  2. 2- Add caramel on top.
  3. 3- Add banana slices.
  4. 4- Top with whipped cream.

Betty's Tips

  • Optional: You can add a sprinkle of cinnamon to the caramel. You can also add crushed biscuits or nuts for extra crunch and texture.
