Ingredients
- 1 box Betty Crocker™ Dark Chocolate Cake Mix
- 1/3 cup (72g or 80ml) vegetable oil
- 1 1/5 cup (275ml) of water
- 3 eggs
- 100ml of Coffee
For the Crumble Topping
- 1 cup flour
- 2 cup of butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Topping
- Cake Crumble
Preparation
- Heat oven to 180°C.
- Stir all cake mix, water, vegetable oil and eggs for on cake mix box.
- Pour into ungreased rectangular pan.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Mix the flour, butter & cinnamon together with your hands, set it aside
- Bake the cake until it rises and turns golden.
- Add the crumble on top of the cake
- Once baked, slice the cake to reveal its soft, moist interior.
- Serve and enjoy this flavorful Coffee Crumble Cake.
