Ingredients
- 1 box Betty Crocker™ Dark Chocolate Cake Mix
- 1/3 cup (72g or 80ml) vegetable oil
- 1 1/5 cup (275ml) of water
- 3 eggs
Topping & Decoration
- 1 tub Betty Crocker™ Chocolate Frosting
- Raspberry
- Walnuts (Chopped)
- Strawberries (Sliced)

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line round baking tins with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the dark chocolate cake mix, eggs, Water , and oil until the mixture is uniformly blended. Divide the batter into the prepared cake tins and bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cakes to cool completely, preferably overnight.
- Slice the rounded tops from the cakes and discard.
- Place a round plate over the cake and cut it into a crescent shape. Transfer the cake to a black or gold platter.
- Decorate with fresh raspberries, strawberries, and chopped walnuts. Add fairy lights or tea candles around the cake and enhance the look with Ramadan-themed decorations like lanterns.
- Serve and enjoy this simple yet elegant dessert, perfect for your Ramadan gatherings.
