Ingredients

  • Small check mark in a circle icon 3 eggs

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line round baking tins with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the dark chocolate cake mix, eggs, Water , and oil until the mixture is uniformly blended. Divide the batter into the prepared cake tins and bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  3. Allow the cakes to cool completely, preferably overnight.
  4. Slice the rounded tops from the cakes and discard.
  5. Place a round plate over the cake and cut it into a crescent shape. Transfer the cake to a black or gold platter.
  6. Decorate with fresh raspberries, strawberries, and chopped walnuts. Add fairy lights or tea candles around the cake and enhance the look with Ramadan-themed decorations like lanterns.
  7. Serve and enjoy this simple yet elegant dessert, perfect for your Ramadan gatherings.
