
Dried Fruit Marble Cake

Ingredients
- 1 box Betty Crocker™ White Chocolate Swirl Cake Mix
- 1 cup Raisin
- 2 slices Mango (chopped)
- 6 dried Apricots

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Grease the pan with butter and lightly flour.
- Add the cake mix, oil water and eggs in large bowl with the dried fruits on low speed until moistened.
- Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Remove 1 1/2 cups of batter; set a side.
- Beat Dutched cocoa mix into remaining batter on low speed until blended.
- Pour into pan. Drop reserved white batter randomly in 6 to 8 mounds onto batter in pans.
- Cut through batter with knife for swirled effect.
- Bake 40-50 mins or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes and then remove from pan
