Dried Fruit Marble Cake

Ingredients

  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 box Betty Crocker™ White Chocolate Swirl Cake Mix
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 cup Raisin
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 2 slices Mango (chopped)
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 6 dried Apricots
Topping
  • Small check mark in a circle icon Honey

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Grease the pan with butter and lightly flour.
  3. Add the cake mix, oil water and eggs in large bowl with the dried fruits on low speed until moistened.
  4. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove 1 1/2 cups of batter; set a side.
  6. Beat Dutched cocoa mix into remaining batter on low speed until blended.
  7. Pour into pan. Drop reserved white batter randomly in 6 to 8 mounds onto batter in pans.
  8. Cut through batter with knife for swirled effect.
  9. Bake 40-50 mins or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  10. Cool 10 minutes and then remove from pan
