Ma’asoub Pancake

A twist on tradition with pancakes.


Ingredients

  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 box Betty Crocker™ Pancake, Crepe, Waffle Mix
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 2/3rd (414ml) cups of water
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 2 Bananas
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 330ml Milk
  • Small check mark in a circle icon Oatmeal “If needed”
Topping
  • Small check mark in a circle icon Honey
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 box Betty Crocker™ Whipping cream

Preparation

  1. Add water to the Pancake, Crepe & Waffle Mix
  2. Heat pan to 180°C.
  3. Grease with butter, cooking spray or vegetable oil
  4. Place the pancake on a different baking pan, add between two pancakes banana slices and add milk & the ground cinnamon
  5. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes
  6. Once baked, remove and cut the pancakes into pieces.
  7. Whisk together the whipping cream and milk but keep the cream a bit runny.
  8. Add honey and serve
