
Ma’asoub Pancake

A twist on tradition with pancakes.
Ingredients
- 1 box Betty Crocker™ Pancake, Crepe, Waffle Mix
- 1 2/3rd (414ml) cups of water
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 Bananas
- 330ml Milk
- Oatmeal “If needed”
Topping
- Honey
- 1 box Betty Crocker™ Whipping cream
Preparation
- Add water to the Pancake, Crepe & Waffle Mix
- Heat pan to 180°C.
- Grease with butter, cooking spray or vegetable oil
- Place the pancake on a different baking pan, add between two pancakes banana slices and add milk & the ground cinnamon
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes
- Once baked, remove and cut the pancakes into pieces.
- Whisk together the whipping cream and milk but keep the cream a bit runny.
- Add honey and serve
