- Betty Crocker No-Bake Cheesecake Mix – Chocolate
- Cheese cake mold – or any available baking mold
- 3/4 stick of melted butter
- 400ml cold milk
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 125ml hot water
- 1 cup marshmallows
- 1 large cup of crushed Digestive biscuits
Simple, delicious, and you’ll be back for s’more.
Combine the Digestive biscuits with butter and spread at the bottom of the mold.
Prep the cream layer: Combine the milk with the cream powder available in the pack, and a little bit of chocolate biscuit (also available in the pack). When the batter thickens, spread onto the biscuit layer. Refrigerate for about an hour.
Prep the third layer: In a small saucepan, stir the chocolate sauce with hot water, butter and marshmallows for 3 minutes. After the mix cools down, pour onto the cheesecake and decorate with shaved chocolate and nuts. Serve cool.
