Ingredients

  • Small check mark in a circle icon Betty Crocker No-Bake Cheesecake Mix – Chocolate
  • Small check mark in a circle icon Cheese cake mold – or any available baking mold
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 3/4 stick of melted butter
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 400ml cold milk
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 tbsp. butter
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 125ml hot water
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 cup marshmallows
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 large cup of crushed Digestive biscuits

Preparation

  1. Combine the Digestive biscuits with butter and spread at the bottom of the mold.
  2. Prep the cream layer: Combine the milk with the cream powder available in the pack, and a little bit of chocolate biscuit (also available in the pack). When the batter thickens, spread onto the biscuit layer. Refrigerate for about an hour.
  3. Prep the third layer: In a small saucepan, stir the chocolate sauce with hot water, butter and marshmallows for 3 minutes. After the mix cools down, pour onto the cheesecake and decorate with shaved chocolate and nuts. Serve cool.
