Ingredients

  • Small check mark in a circle icon 2 Eggs
  • Small check mark in a circle icon ¼ Cup oil
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 Cup water
  • Small check mark in a circle icon ¼ Cup milk
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 Tsp vanilla
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 Cup brown sugar

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 °C. In mixing bowl, add cake mix, eggs, oil, and water, and whisk until well combined and smooth. In a small bowl, dissolve cinnamon mix in 2 tbsp hot water.
  2. Grease a medium rectangular baking pan and pour in the cake mix. Add the cinnamon mix in a cross shape and swirl it into the cake using wooden skewer. Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 min, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix sugar, milk and vanilla until sugar dissolves. Use this to glaze the cake while it is still warm and finally, sprinkle brown sugar on top.
