Ingredients

  • Small check mark in a circle icon Pancake Mix Buttermilk
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 3 Egg
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 ½ Cup milk
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 300g Halawa
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 200g Ashta
  • Small check mark in a circle icon ½ Cup Tehina
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 2 Tbsp syrup
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 50g Butter
  • Small check mark in a circle icon Pomegranate syrup
  • Small check mark in a circle icon Pistachio nuts

Preparation

  1. In mixing bowl, add pancake mix, eggs and milk and beat until smooth. In another small bowl mix Tehina and syrup, set aside.
  2. Heat a small non-stick skillet over low heat. Add ½ tsp butter and leave to melt. Add ¼ cup pancake mix and spread all over skillet. Leave for about 1 minute until bottom is golden, then flip to cook the other side.
  3. Spread a single line of halawa on each crepe, and cover that with Ashta. Carefully roll the crepe so the filling is in the middle. Drizzle Tehina syrup mix and grenadine molasses on top and sprinkle with pistachio.
