Ingredients

Cake

  • 1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® white cake mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and egg whites called for on cake mix box

Mocha Crumble

  • 280 grams chocolate chips
  • 60 grams chopped walnuts
  • 75 grams brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee powder

Heat oven to 180°C. Spray tube cake pan with removable bottom with cooking spray. In small bowl, mix all mocha crumble ingredients; set aside.

In large bowl, beat cake mix with water, vegetable oil and egg whites for 2 minutes.

Spoon half of the batter into pan; spread evenly. Sprinkle with half of the crumble. Top with remaining batter and crumble.

Bake 55 to 65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool upright in pan on cooling rack 1 hour. Remove cake from pan.
