  • Brownie Mix Chocolate Fudge
  • 2 Egg
  • 1/4 Cup oil
  • 3 Tbsp orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp candy orange peel
  • 1 Cup date paste
  • 5-7 Dates, diced

Preheat oven to 180 °C.

In a mixing bowl, add brownie mix, eggs, oil, and orange juice and whisk until well combined. Add orange peel and dates and mix everything together.

Grease rectangular (33 x 23 cm) baking pan and pour mix into pan. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 30 min, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Leave to cool before cutting and serving.
