Ingredients

  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 box Betty Crocker™ Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 2 x 200g Betty Crocker™ Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 3 tbsp water
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp oil
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 3 eggs
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 2 tbsp dried rose petals
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 2 tbsp desiccated coconut, toasted

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a XX pan with baking parchment.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the fudge brownie mix, water, oil, and eggs until well combined. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 22-25 minutes, or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
  3. Remove from the oven and allow the brownies to cool completely in the tin.
  4. Once cooled, remove the brownies from the pan and slice them into 12 equal pieces.
  5. Place a cooling rack over a piece of parchment paper.
  6. In a heatproof bowl, pour the chocolate chips and place it over a pan of barely simmering water, ensuring that the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water's surface. Melt the chocolate, stirring every 2 minutes, until glossy and completely melted.
  7. Dip each brownie into the melted chocolate one at a time, using a slotted spoon or fork. Place the chocolate-covered brownies onto the prepared cooling rack.
  8. Divide the chopped pistachios among 4 brownie bites, the dried rose petals among 4, and the toasted coconut among the remaining 4.
  9. Allow the chocolate to set for at least 1 hour before serving.
