Ingredients
Cake
- 1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® white cake mix
- Water, vegetable oil and egg whites called for on cake mix box
Mocha Crumble
- 280 grams chocolate chips
- 60 grams chopped walnuts
- 75 grams brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
Preparation
- Heat oven to 180°C. Spray tube cake pan with removable bottom with cooking spray. In small bowl, mix all mocha crumble ingredients; set aside.
- In large bowl, beat cake mix with water, vegetable oil and egg whites for 2 minutes.
- Spoon half of the batter into pan; spread evenly. Sprinkle with half of the crumble. Top with remaining batter and crumble.
- Bake 55 to 65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool upright in pan on cooling rack 1 hour. Remove cake from pan.
