Ingredients

Cake
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® white cake mix
  • Small check mark in a circle icon Water, vegetable oil and egg whites called for on cake mix box
Mocha Crumble
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 280 grams chocolate chips
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 60 grams chopped walnuts
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 75 grams brown sugar
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 tablespoon instant coffee powder

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 180°C. Spray tube cake pan with removable bottom with cooking spray. In small bowl, mix all mocha crumble ingredients; set aside.
  2. In large bowl, beat cake mix with water, vegetable oil and egg whites for 2 minutes.
  3. Spoon half of the batter into pan; spread evenly. Sprinkle with half of the crumble. Top with remaining batter and crumble.
  4. Bake 55 to 65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool upright in pan on cooling rack 1 hour. Remove cake from pan.
