Betty Crocker No-Bake Cheesecake Mix – Chocolate
Cheese cake mold – or any available baking mold

3/4 stick of melted butter

400ml cold milk

1 tbsp. butter

125ml hot water

1 cup marshmallows
1 large cup of crushed Digestive biscuits

  • 1 Combine the Digestive biscuits with butter and spread at the bottom of the mold.
  • 2 Prep the cream layer: Combine the milk with the cream powder available in the pack, and a little bit of chocolate biscuit (also available in the pack). When the batter thickens, spread onto the biscuit layer. Refrigerate for about an hour.
  • 3 Prep the third layer: In a small saucepan, stir the chocolate sauce with hot water, butter and marshmallows for 3 minutes. After the mix cools down, pour onto the cheesecake and decorate with shaved chocolate and nuts. Serve cool.
