
Banana Chocolate Cake

Indulge in this divine, chocolate cake topped with cream cheese and banana.
Ingredients
- 1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® milk chocolate cake mix
- Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
Frosting (BC frosting)
- 225 grams cream cheese, softened
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 250 grams whipped cream
Topping
- 2 medium bananas, sliced
- 60 grams chocolate sauce
Preparation
- Heat oven to 180°C (170°C for dark or nonstick pans). Grease a 23cm round cake pan.
- Make and bake cake as directed on box for 23cm round cake pans. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan to cooling racks. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- On a serving plate, place cake, top with frosting and sliced bananas; drizzle with chocolate sauce.
