Ingredients
- Brownie Mix Chocolate Fudge
- 2 Egg
- 1/4 Cup oil
- 3 Tbsp orange juice
- 2 Tbsp candy orange peel
- 1 Cup date paste
- 5-7 Dates, diced
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 180 °C.
- In a mixing bowl, add brownie mix, eggs, oil, and orange juice and whisk until well combined. Add orange peel and dates and mix everything together.
- Grease rectangular (33 x 23 cm) baking pan and pour mix into pan. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 30 min, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Leave to cool before cutting and serving.
