A mix between Victoria Cake and Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • Small check mark in a circle icon SuperMoist White
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 pack Betty Crocker cupcake (or your favorite supermoist cake mix)
  • Small check mark in a circle icon Strawberry Jam
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 2 eggs
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 3 Tbl spoon oil
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1/3 cup of water
  • Small check mark in a circle icon Powdered sugar

Preparation

  1. Mix the Betty Crocker mix as instructed on the packet and bake it in Mini cupcakes tray. Let it cool.
  2. Cut the cupcake in half and cover the first half with strawberry jam.
  3. Add the second half on top and sprinkle the final cupcake with Sugar.

Betty's Tips

  • You can stuff it with different jam flavors or chocolate frosting and cover with Hershey Kisses chocolate.
