Supermoist Cinnamon & Vanilla Cake
Fun to make and delicious to eat!

You will need:

  • 1 Betty Crocker cake mix
    2 eggs
    5tbsp (75ml) vegetable oil
    1 cup (225ml) water

    Baking times as per the baking pan of your choice:

    24 Cupcakes: 18-24 minutes

    Two 23-cm round: 25-30 minutes

    12-cup bundt cake pan: 35-40 minutes

    33x23x5-cm rectangle: 30-35 minutes

How to Make

Pre-heat

oven to 18O’C Crease the pan with butter and lightly flour.

Beat cake mix, oil, water and eggs in large bowl on low speed until moistened. Beat on medium speed fo 2 minutes, Pour intO pan.

Mix

the cinnamon pouch with the water in a bowl till uniform. Drop spoonful’s of the cinnamon mix on the top of the cake and swirl with a rounded knife.

Bake

the cake placed en the bottom shelf for 40-45 min or until cake springs back when touched in centre. Cool 15 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.
