Konafa cheesecake

Ingredients

  • Small check mark in a circle icon Cheesecake Blueberry
  • Small check mark in a circle icon ½ Cup of butter, melted
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 2/3 Cups of milk
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 ½ Cups oil
  • Small check mark in a circle icon ½ kg Konafa
  • Small check mark in a circle icon Sugar Syrup
  • Small check mark in a circle icon Dry fruits
  • Small check mark in a circle icon Crushed pistachios

Preparation

  1. Place biscuit crumbs and ½ cup of melted butter in a bowl and blend until crumbly. Put the cookie base in ring molds and refrigerate.
  2. Put pudding mix in a bowl. Add milk and beat until thick and creamy. Spread cream cheese evenly on top of biscuit and cool in the fridge for 2 hours.
  3. Add 1 ½ cup of oil to the konafa dough and break into pieces. Fry the konafa dough until both sides are golden. Place konafa on top of biscuit and pudding and drizzle sugar syrup over the cakes. Garnish with dry fruits and crushed pistachio nuts.
