Cheesecake mix (150g): Sugar, buttermilk powder (cow’s milk), dextrose, instant topping base (glucose syrup, palm oil, emulsifiers (E472a from rapeseed, E471 from palm), milk protein (cow’s milk)), fat powder (palm oil, lactose (cow’s milk), milk protein (cow’s milk), stabilizer (E340(ii)), anti-caking agent (E341(i))), modified corn starch, cream cheese powder (3%) (cream cheese (cow’s milk), milk solids (cow’s milk), salt, anti-oxidants (E307, E304)), gelling agents (E327, E450(iii), E450(i)), stabilizer (E407), acidity regulator (E330), natural butter flavouring (cow’s milk), colouring agent (E100(i)).
Biscuit crumbs (110g): Wheat flour, sugar, palm oil, invert syrup, malt extract, raising agents (E500(ii), E503(ii)), artificial flavourings (vanilla, butter), salt, whey protein (cow’s milk), emulsifier (E322 from soy), dough conditioner (E223).
Blueberry topping (100g): Water, blueberries (35%), sugar, modified corn starch, acidity regulator (E330).
